ANTIQUE BRIDAL RINGS

I'm so glad that Teri told me that I should get a plain band to wear in between my engagement ring and wedding band. I've found the past few weeks that I'm more likely to just wear this one than the whole set, especially on a day like today when I'm home all day doing laundry and dishes. I think my hands were in water for most of the day.

Aaron's stuff has been in storage since last spring, so all the pots, pans and dishes that we're keeping (the rest went straight to the garage for our yard sale this weekend), needed to be washed. I put as much in the dishwasher as I could, but there was still a lot to wash by hand. And I love doing laundry probably more than most people, but 8 hours of laundry is too much even for me. Blergh.

There were several Estate Sales, a couple church sales, and a bunch of garage sales going on this morning, so my mom and I decided to check some of them out. This was my haul, plus the linen napkins my mom snatched up. She also managed to score 50+ children's books, a huge bin of k'nex, some beautiful costumes, manipulatives, and some vintage puzzles and blocks for her grade one classroom. We were surprised at how well we did! Snowie decided she wanted to check things out while I was taking pictures.
